Supreme Court of the Maldives has annulled part of 1st February Supreme Court verdict which stated that the 12 MP’s were not disqualified.
The Supreme Court issued a verdict today, after the Attorney General filed a case to the Supreme Court requesting to annul that part of the verdict.
The verdict states that they have annulled the 1st February verdict regarding floor crossing. The verdict was issued by the full bench of the Supreme Court.
