PG leader of PPM, Ahmed Nihan have said that a bill which criminalizes corruption has been submitted to the parliament. However when journalists asked for the date it was submitted, he failed to answer.
Nihan said that the amendment submitted by MP Ibrahim Didi will be passed together with the bill submitted by MP Abduh Raheem which criminalizes corruption.
He further stated that it is the current administration which took action against corrupt individuals without any exception.
Meanwhile, the parliament has not revealed any details about the bill which was submitted by Abduh Raheem. He said that the amendments proposed by Ibrahim Didi has disrupted the chronological order of some of the articles in penal code.
