Ahmed Nihan, the PG leader of PPM, have said that the recent bills submitted to the parliament by PPM will ensure that Maldives will be completely free of corruption.
Speaking at the parliament session today, Nihan said that the bill will identify punishment for specific corrupt activities. Nihan said that the government never had a plan to decriminalize corruption and the people accused PPM of planning that due to the delays in submitting that bill.
Nihan repeated that the government and PPM wants Maldives to be free from corruption.
