Prominent lawyer, Husnu Suood has been suspended from practicing law, indefinitely by the Supreme Court today. Department of Judicial administration tweeted saying that Suood was suspended because DJA is investigating a news article reported by Vnews, based on a tweet of Suood.
Suood tweeted yesterday saying that for national unity and stability speaker of the parliament Maseeh and the Chief Justice Dr.Abdullah Didi should resign.
Suood was suspended in September last year as well after Suood signed a petition with 54 other lawyers. His suspension was lifted following the 1st February verdict by the Supreme Court this year.
