Indian prime minister Narendra Modi has been invited to President-elect Ibrahim Mohammed Solih’s inauguration ceremony.
Ibu’s spokesperson Mariya Ahmed Didi said that Indian PM Modi invited Ibu to India and in return Ibu invited Modi to his inauguration ceremony.
Modi planned a visit to Maldives even before but it was cancelled in the last minute. At the time Modi said that it was cancelled to give a message to President Yameen.
