Elections Commission of the Maldives has decided not to endorse the extraordinary congress of PPM.
EC issued a statement today stating that the congress held by PPM on 28th September did not follow the regulations of EC and hence they cannot endorse it.
The Elections Commission made this decision during a time, President Maumoon the founder of PPM has requested the commission not to endorse the congress.
