According to sources, PPM chartered Maldivian flights to bring people to Male’ to take part in the mega rally held by PPM just before the election day.
Maldivian has requested the Elections Commission to deduct the money the commission has allocated for PPM and the give that money to Maldivian. However Elections commission has refused to do that.
As per some sources, sometime today PPM has already paid 1 million. However there is still an outstanding balance of 3.8 million Rufiyaa.
Maldivian is seeking to recover 4.8 million Rufiyaa from PPM.
