Former Auditor General Niyaz Ibrahim have said that he never tried to purchase a flat or acquire a treasury loan while he was the Auditor General.
Niyaz made this statement after saying that MP Musthafa is making false accusation against him.
Today MP Musthafaa the MP for Thimarafushi said that Niyaz tried to acquire a loan to purchase two flats, and when President Yameen refused to facilitate it, he manufactured a story against President Yameen.
However Niyaz denied these allegations. “I swear by Allah that Musthafaa is lying” said Niyaz.
