Adhalath Party has started a campaign to get 10,000 members to the party. In a meeting held by the party, the president of the party, Sheikh Imran said that the party needs 10,000 members to get money from the state and hence requested to get 10,000 members before the parliament passes the budget.
Sheikh Imran said that, President Yameen removed many members from the party once they started to hold the government accountable.
He said that the party needs around 1500 members more to reach 10,000 and asked everyone to try their best to get this amount.
