Presidential Commission on Murders and Disappearance have stated that their aim is to finish investigating all the cases within three months.
A tweet by the commission’s official twitter account states that they will reveal the cases they are investigating on 27th of this month and they intend to finish the investigations within 3 months.
The chair of the commission is prominent lawyer Husnu Suood. Speaking to an online media Suood previously stated that it will be difficult for the commission to investigate the cases since the parliament has not authorized them with any powers. The parliament has gone to recess without passing the bill.
