Home Minister Sheikh Imran Abdullah have said that he is happy that the coalition leaders are committed to stay with President Solih. Speaking to the press after the meeting of the coalition leaders, Imran said that the president is ready to do everything he can to sustain the coalition and that he is happy for that as well.
He said that this will give hope to the people. Sheikh Imran said that he is also happy that the President’s trip to India will result in strong relations with Maldives and India and further economic and social development to the Maldives.
He said that this was a happiness for the people of Maldives as well. Speaking about the parliamentary elections, Imran said that he wants parties to work together and he hopes the President to lead the path to achieve that.
