President Ibrahim Mohammed Solih have stated that he has the guarantee that Qasim Ibrahim the leader of Jumhoory Party will not leave the coalition and will not join President Yameen.
Speaking to the press at the President’s Office, President Solih said that if the coalition cannot find a solution on contesting in the parliamentary elections together, then for that JP might make a partnership with another party but he is sure that JP will not leave the coalition.
President Solih said that he calls President Nasheed and Qasim Ibrahim three times a day and exchange ideas. He said that both of them are fully cooperating in governing the country. The president said that hence there is no chance of the coalition dissolving.
