Prosecutor General of the Maldives has withdrawn the terrorism charges against former Chief Justice Abdullah Saeedh.
In addition, the PG has dropped charges against MP Abdullah Sinan and MP Ilham Ahmed. They were charged with conspiring to over throw the government.
The PG sent letters to the three informing them of the decision to drop the charges.
Meanwhile, within this week, the PG also dropped charges against former President Maumoon, his son in law Nadheem and MP Faaris Maumoon.
