Foreign Minister Abdullah Shahid has stated that the international community will assist to fulfil President Solih’s manifesto.
Foreign Minister Shahid arrived in the Maldives today after a trip to UAE, USA and the UK. Upon arrival to the Maldives he tweeted saying that Maldives is received by the international community with genuine warmth and readiness to assist to realize President Solih’s manifesto.
The minister met with top government officials in the US, UK and UAE. He also met with the secretary general of the UN and addressed the UN security council.
