Foreign Minister of the Maldives Abdullah Shahid has discussed with Michelle Bachelet the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights to place a Human Rights Advisor to the Maldives.
The minister met with the UN High Commissioner for HR, during his visit to Geneva to take part in the 40th high level segment of UN Human Rights Council.
The Foreign Ministry revealed no further details of the discussions between Michelle Bachelet and the Minister.
