Criminal Court of the Maldives has summoned the Commissioner of prisons Abdullah Munaz over a tweet.
He was summoned at 1300 hours today. He was summoned over a tweet which depicts a wrong perspective about the court. So far it is not clear which tweet it was.
Before assuming the position of prisons commissioner, he was a member of the committee formed by President Ibrahim Mohammed Solih to investigate disappearances and deaths.
