Prominent preacher Sheikh Ali Zaid has stated that the first step to reduce sexual harassment cases, the government needs to ban pornographic websites.
He said that in addition the government must start implementing death penalty to save children from sex seekers.
He said that without Islamic rulings and regulations the society can never be reformed
