Amidst the escalating COVID-19 global pandemic and the recent outbreak in the Maldives, the Committee Investigating Public Housing Scheme has announced that they would be temporarily halting the physical verification process for applicants to the Hiyaa public housing project.
This action has been taken with the aim of increased safety for the public during this time of crisis. The Committee also noted that a public announcement will be made prior to restarting the process again.
