High Court has scheduled the last hearing for the appeal case submitted at the court by former Defence Minister Mohamed Nazim.
The hearing of the verdict was scheduled today at 2:15.
On behalf of Nazim his legal team appealed his arrest and the remand period set by the Criminal Court.
Lead Attorney from Nazim’s legal team, Maumoon Hameed said that the judge listened to both sides very keenly during the last hearing. He said that a press conference will be held soon to give more details on the case.
Nazim as usual showed no sign of frustration but was smiling the whole time. He said that his legal team will speak to the media on his behalf regarding the case.
