Nazim was moved out of the room when forensic Police went in- Witness
Case investigation officer of Colonel Mohamed Nazim’s case has testified last night at court that Nazim and his family members were moved out of the room when the forensic Police went in the room.

The witness stated that when he went to the apartment, Nazim and his family members were in the sitting room. He said that there were three or four police officers in the sitting room. He said that the search was started from the back of the cupboard in the master bedroom. He said that the evidence found in the room did not have the finger prints of Nazim or of any of his family members.

He said that it is not yet identified whose finger prints were found on the evidences taken from Nazim’s apartment.

The case investigating officer said that Nazim gave full cooperation to the investigation.

Nazim’s legal attorneys stated that the Police failed to follow the usual procedures of a search raid. In this regard they stated that the Police did not video the search operation.

The anonymous witness was identified as the case investigation officer because of his poor choice of words while giving his testimony at the hearing held last night.

He accidently stated that he conducted the investigation of Colonel Nazim.
