Dr. Ibrahim Didi has said that the people do not believe that the Jumhooree Party leader Gasim Ibrahim has any due payments to be paid to the government.
Dr. Ibrahim Didi said that the government suddenly demanding 100 million dollars from Gasim Ibrahim while awarding him the golden coin has become a big joke for the people. He said that the people will not accept such fool-hardy decisions made by the government.
Dr. Didi said that the agreements made by the government with Gasim Ibrahim does not have any of the articles that the government is claiming are the articles which he violated. He said that this is again evidence to reject this demand as it is based on imaginary articles in the agreement.
He said that the government is economically oppressing him and thereby also oppressing the people.
