Jumhooree Party leader Gasim Ibrahim has denied funding the Mayday activities and the activities of the national movement by the opposition to bring an end to the tyranny of the government.
Gasim Ibrahim made this remark rebutting the claims made by Tourism Minister Ahmed Adheeb said that Gasim is the one funding the Mayday activities.
Dr. Hussein Rasheed, the Deputy Leader of the Jumhooree Party says that Adheeb is the tool used by the government to politically “slaughter” Gasim Ibrahim and make him bankrupt.
While PPM is oppressing Gasim Ibrahim in every way they could he was the main funder to bring the PPM government to power.
“Sandhaanu” Ahmed Didi noted this and said that the government is run by devils who repay good with evil.
