Hotel Jen’s General Manager S. Vathsala has stated that the India taste- Bollyfood festival will show very different flavors every night.
Speaking to Miadhu, Vathsala said that the festival will be carried out until Friday night and will present diners with cuisines from all across India. As such, food from Punjab was dished out last night, while a Rajastan menu will feature tonight, which will be followed by Havaaree, Kashmir and will be concluded Friday night by a north indian menu.
Vathsala stated that the buffet will be held at two time every night, with the first session starting at sunset and the second session at 10pm. He assured that the food will be prepared according to strict quality standards and the buffet will feature many items on the menu. He added that there will be live performances of cultural items as well.
The buffet costs MVR 488 per person including taxes.
