The most honorable ruler is the ruler who prioritizes on justice and such a ruler will have earned the love and respect of the public. Such a ruler will have an easy rule as he will not be hampered by those wishing ill will on him.

Islam had commanded rulers to be just among the public. This is evident in the ayas of the Quran and the words of the Prophet. Islam also calls on all, especially leaders to be just and not to differentiate between people, even children.
Islamic history shows that greatness to the religion came from justice. Therefore, it is time that we reflect on why Islamic nations are amongst the weakest. It is not for a lack of money, but rather weakness of the justice system in the said nations.
Islam’s third holiest site, Aqsa mosque is under constantly under attack and muslim nations are powerless to halt the process. This is solely attributed to the weakening of the justice system.
