Ambassador of China accredited to the Maldives Wang Fukang, said that the activities conducted to help both cultures grow closer would ultimately help make both countries and its citizens closer.
He said this while speaking at a special cultural show held in the Olympus on Friday night. He said that the activities performed by the Chinese performers show the importance of Maldives to the citizens of China.
The Ambassador said that the youth would overcome any obstacles to showcase their vigilance. He also expressed hope that Maldivian youths gained an insight into the Chinese Culture.
He also thanked Vice President Ahmed Adeeb for attending the ceremony as the chief guest.
