Believers will not ask to go to courts to gain rights: Imam
In last Friday prayer’s sermon, the Imam called on the congregation to reflect on the importance of respecting the rights of others.

The Imam said that in many cases some have encroached the rights of others, willfully and with malicious intent. He also said that this had been severely discouraged in Islam and added that this was a sign of those who did not believe and did not practice their beliefs.

However, the imam said that if asked those people will swear that they do not do as such, but their words will not be shown in his actions.

He also said that most court cases concerned fraud and loss of rights and questioned the level of faith.

The number of such cases had dramatically increased over the years, with many calling on the victims to go to Courts to seek their rights. Many had also raised concerns over the deliberate delays in the courts.
