Qasim said that the development of the airport has to be made a priority. He thanked the Government for the pledge to make an airport a state of the art facility.

Qasim noted that the bridge was vital. He said that with the bridge, Hulhumale’ will become an economic and residential hub. Therefore, he said that travel should be made safe and secure, as well as human resource development.

Qaism added that when the two projects were completed, they will become high earners, creating funds for future projects.
