Costa Neo Vira docks in Male’ port with 1000 tourists

Costa Neo Vira has docked in Male’ port with over 1000 tourists, most of them who are touring Male’ city.

The liner is operated by France’s Highbrow Cruises.
This year has seen an influx of cruise liners, with many of the passengers aboard taking the opportunity to tour Male’ city. Male’ city has seen 3000 passengers visit Male’ in one day, from two cruise liners. So far this year, over 5000 such tourists had visited Male’.

Tourism Ministry had said that the Government will develop Male’ port with the capability to cater to visiting cruise liners.
