Fulidhoo Council has announced that three slots of land from the thundi area is to be released for guesthouse development in the island. The land is leased from the 30,000 square feet in the thundi area. Prospective developers will have to bid for three land plots, each measuring 4,0000 square feet, to develop and run resorts for 50 years.
The announcement released by the Council said that prospective bidders will have to prepare and submit their bid documents according to the regulations.
The lease period will be applicable from the date of signing for a period of 50 years.
Council Secretariat will issue bid documents for purchase from June 19th to August 10th, from 9.30am to 2.00pm.
