Maldives Police service has confirmed tonight that DNA sample taken from Pistol found in Col. (RTD) Nazim’s room has Matched with former Vice President Ahmed Adheeb.
Speaking to the Press Assistant Commissioner of Police Abdullah Nawaz said the new findings will be submitted to the Prosecutor General tomorrow morning.
He said that Police is still awaiting for one more DNA reportand as soon as it is received police will reveal it’s details.
“Police will investigate all new findings in the case. We will investigate the comments made by Col. (RTD) Nazim’s Legal Team.” ACP Nawaz told to press.
