Extended Points for Clarification on Ahmed Naseem’s Claims.
Dear Sir,

Good show at the Press Conference in India on Thursday.

Just a few points to clarify regarding that;

You said that some 75 percent of the youth are with your opposition. Congratulations! This means you’ll have a clear majority in the coming elections. But your illustrious leader, who I assume isn’t in the limelight currently because he’s taking a rest from racing office chairs, says that the opposition is very much in the minority. So how does this math add up?

Speaking of math, I guess there is no connection to MDP’s mismanagement of the Health sector funds that saw the sector fail? I’m curious; during your administration where did MDP spend most of the budget for health? One must have imaginedthe lack of surgical gloves or medicine or basic medical assistance. It must have been during MDP’s time that STO set up pharmacies, which fall under unlimitedAasandha, on every populated island? No, sorry. I just googled it and seems it was done after MDP had destroyed the Health sector and the current guys took over.

And let’s not forget Aasandha was known as Madhana, which was launched by Gayoom during his administration. Unlimited Aasandha was only realised under the current administration.

ISIS is here? You sir must be from the Donald Trump school of politics eh? Although I do recall a rally with ISIS flags. Googled it again. Seems the rally with ISIS flags happened during MDP rule.

Also, when has any government in the Maldives ever scorned India? Don’t need Google for this – or even Bing – it’s never happened. India and Maldives have been traditional allies. It was they who saved us from the 1988 November 3rd terror attack. I think MDP may have appointed some of those who were involved in those attacks to their Ministry of Defence. Soone could prevent such actions within the MDP regime? Or because the MDP leadership has always identified with those trying to topple governments – legal or otherwise?

The Economy is failing? Because loans? The World Bank says otherwise. So please explain; I’m sure your ‘Shadow Minister for Making upFunny Serious Sounding Shadow Ministries’ can advise you on this.

If you could also clarify all your other positions with verifiable facts and statistics that would be great too. Although excuse me if I don’t hold my breath on that one. Or for you to legitimately engage in any clear and measured policy stand.

But. Good show!

Sincerely,

Haneef.
