Fathimath Zaeema has been appointed as the Empowerment and Outreach Agent at the Women of Board.
She is the sixth agent to be appointed under a program of appointing agents in all atolls in the Maldives. She was appointed to the post yesterday.
The group will conduct the Atoll Survey Project and women empowerment programs in Laamu Atoll this year.
WoB stated that the agent will work on behalf of the group, increasing membership and disseminate information on the group.
