STO has opened their wholesale center with 36 brands imported from 20 nations.
The center, located near STO supermart in Orchid Magu, will be open all days except Fridays from 0830 to 1200 and 1300 and 1700 hrs.
STO said that the purpose of opening of the center was to provide high quality products and to hold the market prices of basic food items at the same level. Nine brands from Europe, 19 from Asia, five brands from Middle East and three brands from Africa will be sold in the Center.
The center will sale cooking oil, sunflower oil, basmati rice, condensed milk, various types of juice, powered milk, pasta, tea and ribena among other products. The center will also sale popular items sold in STO outlets across the nation.
Customers can sample the products in the center. The 36 brands sold in STO supermart will be available in the 13 regional outlets at the same prices as in Male’.
The wholesale center will offer free deliveries to all sales above MVR 500. STO has arranged for orders to be placed by calling the 3012617 and 3012427 numbers.
