The Maldivian pilgrims have begun to depart.
The first batch of pilgrims began their departure at 1630 hrs and the first flight left at 2010 hrs. A total of 222 pilgrims, all from Hajj Corporation, left today.
Islamic Center grounds were prepared for the departures, with refreshments for the pilgrims.
MTCC had arranged transfer to airport for all pilgrims and two other persons free of charge. Police and army personnel provided assistance to pilgrims during transfer.
Miadhu wishes all pilgrims a safe and fulfilling Hajj.
