One Avenue flats which are going to be constructed by Damas has been inaugurated and the application period to apply for flats has begun.
The flats were officially inaugurated at a ceremony held in Hotel Jen earlier today. Officials from Damas said that One Avenue Flats will consist of 2 towers. Each tower will include 4 penthouses, 52 3-room apartments, 26 2-room apartments, 13 1-room apartments, a play area, shopping mall and a parking facility.
Damas official said that their biggest achievement is the trust given to them by their customers. He further said that they focus a lot on gaining the trust of customers in real estate business as well. The director of Damas, Zayan Solih said that even though it is a business they also will focus on making the people happy.
In addition, he said that the residents of the tower will get 24-hour reception service. The tower will be located at a plot that is 5 minutes walking distance from the Hulhumale’ ferry terminal.
