Economic Ministry has decided to hold a mobile application and software developing competition.
The ministry said that the purpose of the competition is to develop the information communication technology industry in the Maldives.
Applications can be developed for this competition in 5 categories. They are tourism sector, education sector, health sector, fisheries and agricultural sector and open category.
Those who want to participate in the competition must submit application forms by 1400 hours of 25th September.
The participants must give presentations about their ideas on October 18-19.
