HDC has halted auctioning land plots from the newly reclaimed area of Hulhumale’. A total of 76 plots were up for sale. HDC said that, they halted the process because they plan to change some regulations on sale of land.
HDC said that they will change the regulations after taking it up with the board of the company. They said that, they will publicize the changes in regulation and will also announce new date of the auction.
HDC is planning to sell land plots sized between 1000 square feet and 1800 square feet. These are all beach front and beach side plots.
