Indian High Commissioner to the Maldives H.E Akhilesh Mishra have said that if a Maldivian faces a burden, it will be a burden for him as well and will do everything in his limits to solve it.
He said this during a dinner he hosted to some senior Maldivian journalists last night at his residence.
He asked to bring it to his attention if anyone faces a difficulty in receiving any services from the Indian High Commission. Also that if there is something that needs to be done after talking with the Indian government, he is ready to do that as well.
He said that, no human will stay in one position forever, and everyone should be ready for the day that they will leave their positions.
“The position I want the most is being a human. That is why I give importance to remain human and give services. I want to leave this world like that.” Said Mr. Mishra.
He also requested to bring it to his attention if there are ways the Indian High Commission could improve their services.
