Saudi Ambassador to Maldives, Badr Ali Alkahail has said that the Saudi government will retain the reform initiatives of King Abdul Azeez to develop the country.
He said this, while speaking at a ceremony held at Kurumba Maldives to mark the 86th National Day of Saudi Arabia.
The ambassador said that Saudi Arabia is working in numerous ways to help Maldives and other Islamic countries. He further said that the relation between Saudi Arabia and Maldives is now very special and its at the highest level.
He said that he will work to make the Saudi- Maldives relations stronger. In addition, he also noted how Maldivian government considers Saudi Arabia as a true friend.
Ambassador Haikal is seen to be always working hard to provide more opportunities to Maldives from various sectors.
