ADK has become the main sponsor and co-sponsor of Maldives Medical and Health Expo to be conducted by MV Medicals in Male’.
ADK signed a sponsorship agreement with MV Medicals in a ceremony held at ADK hospital this afternoon.
Speaking at the ceremony and official from MV Medicals said that they are really happy that ADK is taking up an important role in this expo.
While ADK Hospital is the main sponsor, ADK Pharmaceuticals is the co-sponsor of the event.
The MD of ADK Ahmed Afaal said that such expos are very important and through these expos people can learn more about the medical facilities and quality of the facilities available in Maldives.
“A lot of world-class medical facilities are now available in the Maldives. But since people are not aware about it, they tend to travel abroad as soon as something happens. That is why people should be made aware of the facilities available in the Maldives” said Afaal.
He said that, since a private organization is conducting such an event, ADK believes that as the largest private medical service provider, ADK has a responsibility to help with this event. “That’s why we want to let everyone know that we are ready to help and participate” said Afaal.
