India boycotts the SAARC summit to be held in Pakistan in November
The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has decided not to participate in the SAARC summit to be held in Pakistan in November.

Indian Prime Minister boycotted the summit during a time India and Pakistan are blaming each other for the violence in Kashmir. India says that there is not a suitable atmosphere for India to take part in the summit.

Sources say that Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Bhutan has also signaled that they will not participate in the summit. It seems that this year’s summit cannot be held in Pakistan.

India blamed Pakistan for a terrorist attack on an Indian Army base in Kashmir Tri. India threatened to isolate Pakistan from the whole world. PM Modi also vowed that those who attacked the army base will not go unpunished.
