JCI Maldives holds TOYP awarding ceremony

JCI Maldives has given Top Outstanding Young Persons award to 10 individuals in a ceremony held last night.

The recipients of this award for this year are, Dr.Aishath Muneeza, Aishath Nazima, Aishath Raffiya, Aishath Shafneez Shakir, Dhimna Fathir, Dr.Mariyam Waseem, Ibrahim Nasreen, Ismail Hameed, Raniya Sabir and Safaath Ahmed Zahir.

Among them, Aishath Rafiyya was chosen to participate in the annual convention of JCI International.

The awards were given from 10 areas. They are entrepreneurship, self-development, humanitarian and volunteer work, politics, government and legal work, and finally education.

The awards were handed to the recipients by the Vice President of JCI International, Jennifer Gracey.

There are more than 200,000 JCI members around the world. In Maldives there are around 150 members.
