MP for Fonadhoo constituency Abdullah Abdul Raheem have said that he is still the Vice President of PPM, even though the President of PPM, Maumoon has said that he removed Abdul Raheem from the position. Abdul Raheem said that Maumoon’s decision to remove him is invalid.
“I should say that I am still the Vice President of PPM” said Abdul Raheem speaking to the press at a press conference held at Dharubaaruge today.
Speaking on the same issue, PPM PG leader Nihaan Hussain Manik said that it was the party council that appointed Abdul Raheem to the position and he cannot be removed just by the sole decision of one individual.
