MM Export company of India has been contracted with supplying electric cables needed to replaced the electric grid in N.Maalhendhoo.
The MD of Fenaka, Ahmed Shareef said that this is a 1.8 million Rufiyaa contract and the company was awarded the project after they won it through an open bid process.
“MM Export submitted the proposal to supply the highest quality cables at the lowest price” said Ibrahim.
MM Export often wins various government contracts.
Shareef said that they are planning to relocate the powerhouse of Maalhendhoo and now preparing tender documents to open the bid for contractors.
