Pakistan tells President Yameen that they want to establish peace with India
Pakistan have told Maldives President Abdulla Yameen that they want to establish peace with India.

According to Pakistani media, the Speaker of Pakistani Senate, Rabaa Rabbaani expressed Pakistan’s interest to establish peace with India, in his meeting with President Yameen Abdul Gayyoom earlier this week.

Raza Rabbaani told President Yameen that “ Pakistan is a peace loving country” and that they want to “establish regional peace”. In addition, Rabbani told President Yameen that Pakistan wants to eliminate hunger and stabilize this region but that it is India that is assisting terrorists.

Pakistani media further said that Rabbani expressed anti-Indian sentiments to President Yameen. Apparently he told President Yameen that Pakistan have arrested Indian Navy Commander Kulbshaan recently for trying to destabilize Pakistan. He further said that this is unacceptable and that Pakistan wants to resolve the Kashmir issue based on the resolutions of United Nations.

India believes that the attacks on Indian bases recently near Kashmir, were given with the help of Pakistani military. India says that Pakistan is unable to prove that they did not have any hand in the attacks.
