If the government is working against PPM manifesto, council should discuss about it: President Yameen

President Yameen have said that if the government is doing something against PPM manifesto, the party council should discuss about it and bring it to his attention.

Speaking at a ceremony held by PPM last night at Dharubaaruge, President Yameen, said that if the government is doing anything against the party manifesto, the matter should be discussed within the council and they should bring it to President Yameen’s attention.

He further said that, he had meetings with PPM President Maumoon and he himself visited PPM office and conducted meetings with Maumoon. “You should think about why these meetings stopped” said President Yameen.

President Yameen said that Maumoon is his beloved brother and he will not say anything against him. He said that he has so many things to say and that if he says it, no one can even deny to it. He further said that it is not easy for a president to respond to comments made by individuals.
