Believing that Maldivians cannot solve their own problems on their own is a huge problem: Dr.Hussain Rasheed
Deputy Leader of JP, Dr.Hussain Rasheed Hassan have said that it is a huge problem to think that Maldivians cannot solve their own problems on their own.

Speaking to the press at JP head office today, Dr.Hussain said that while there are various issues in Maldives, these issues should be solved by educated Maldivians. He said that these problems can never be resolved if we think that some foreigners will come and solve it for us. Dr.Hussain said that instead of questioning what we can do, everyone should do what they can to the limit of their capabilities.

He said that one of the most important thing is holding people accountable. “Maybe some people tend to remain without doing anything is because of the situation the country in. But it is our duty to change this situation. We should be able to resolve our own issues” said Dr.Hussain.

He further said that JP always works in the best interest of the nation and even in parliament they work keeping the best interest of the nation in mind.
“We do not have any plans to join one specific party or have a vendetta against another group. We do not have to support all decisions of the government or go against all the decisions. When it benefits the country, we will vote in favor of the government” said Dr.Hussain.
