Hajj Corporation to engage in sharia compliant businesses to increase revenue
Maldives Hajj Corporation have said that they are planning to engage in sharia compliant businesses to increase their revenue. MD of Hajj Corporation Yameen Idrees said that they plan to get involved in ventures like Islamic tourism and housing.

He said that so far 2800 people has performed Hajj through the company and even now they have around 5000 members.

He said that they work to make sure that those who pay them for Hajj and Umra are able to preform these rituals as soon as possible. “We are trying to find a way to make sure that the members are able to perform Hajj, even before their expected time after including some profit from our own money in the required fees” said Idrees.

Among newly formed corporations in the Maldives, Maldives Hajj Corporation has earned the trust of the people in a short period of time.
