President Yameen have said that he does not believe that it will be possible to do anything beneficial for the nation or do anything sincere for the people, with MDP.
Speaking to the people of Makunudhoo after inaugurating the harbor and after opening a mosque in the island, the president said that he tried talking with MDP to solve various problems in the country. He said that however it did not work out and MDP was not cooperative. President further said that the country is facing external pressure also because of MDP.
President said that the 3-year rule of MDP was not beneficial for the people and that the people have experienced it.
President asked the PPM members who believe that it will be possible to do something beneficial for the people by working together with MDP, JP and AP to think about it.
“ That is not for me, but for the people” said the President.
