President’s Spokesperson Ibrahim Muaz Ali has responded to President Maumoon saying that, a specific individual withdrawing support to the government will not halt the developmental projects started by the government.
He made this statement via twitter today. “ This government will remain to serve the citizens of Maldives” said Muaz. He further said that, this government does not operate with the instruction of a specific individual and that the government will not try to benefit one specific individual. Muaz further said that, the government will always work for the greater public good.
Muaz said one individual withdrawing support after failing to get his way within the government, will not change the way government operates. He further said that the government’s utmost priority always would be developing the nation.
Muaz said that he recommends former presidents of the nation to make way for development. He asked not to make the youth of this nation angry and not to destabilize the country.
